Sawyer, originally from Missoula, Montana, moved across the country to swim Division I at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. He graduated in May 2024 with a major in Finance and minors in Wealth Management and Spanish. His goal is to pursue CFP® certification to advance his career in financial planning and investment management.
At Bridgewater, Sawyer is excited to leverage his background in finance and wealth management to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. He is particularly interested in the dynamics of financial markets, focusing on strategies for wealth building and preservation. Alongside his passion for finance, he enjoys following politics and global events, staying informed about developments and their potential impacts on the markets and the world. In his free time, Sawyer stays active by going to the gym and swimming. He enjoys spending time outdoors—having transitioned from the Rocky Mountains to Central Park—being with family and close friends, and following sports, especially his favorite New England teams and college teams.
Currently, Sawyer lives in New York City with three college friends, enjoying the vibrant energy of the city and all it has to offer.
